Township of Evesham, NJ Shopping Centers and Other Off-Street Areas

Certain intersections within the interior ways of the Marlton Crossing Shopping Center (located within Block 24.21), as indicated on the attached site plan, which plan is made a part of this chapter,[1] are hereby designated as stop intersections.

Evesham Holding Corporation, the owners of Bradlees Shopping Center, located at 301 Route 70 West in Evesham Township, has filed a written consent through Vornado Realty Trust with the Township of Evesham that various traffic regulations be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Bradlees Shopping Center located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan[1] and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty place), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles.

Parking time limited. No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit between the hours listed on any day, upon any of the streets or parts of streets as described on attached Schedule A - Site Plan:[2]

All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked by the Police Department to ensure installations meet state and federal specifications, and all signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

Donald Paparone, President of Paparone Homes of New Jersey, Inc., has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at The Manors at Mayfair located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington. The Township Council of the Township of Evesham subsequently adopted Resolution No. 51-95 on March 28, 1995, requesting the New Jersey Department of Transportation to investigate the feasibility of establishing Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the Manors at Mayfair. The New Jersey Department of Transportation has recommended the applicability of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the Manors at Mayfair and determined that the following regulations shall be enforceable:

Through streets; stop and yield intersections.

The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation:

All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

The Target Corporation has filed a written consent with the Township of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Target Store located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

General parking.

All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

General parking.

It has been requested that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots on Sullivan Way, located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, and the following regulations shall be made enforceable:

Parking regulations.

Parking. No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

Handicap parking:

Van-accessible stalls shall be a minimum of 11 feet wide with an adjacent five-foot-wide accessible aisle and signed with a R7-8 reserved parking sign, a supplemental penalty sign and a R7-8B van accessible sign. Pavement striping shall consist of blue striping and handicap symbol as detailed on the approved site plan and on the Berkshire Woods Title 39 Compliance Plan dated December 19, 2018.

Non-van-accessible stalls shall be a minimum of eight feet wide with an adjacent five-foot-wide accessible aisle and signed with a R7-8 reserved parking sign and a supplemental penalty sign. Pavement striping shall consist of blue striping and handicap symbol as detailed on the approved site plan and on the Berkshire Woods Title 39 Compliance Plan dated December 19, 2018.

Speed limits.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.

No passing zones. No person shall cause a vehicle to pass another vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of street described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

It has been requested that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic streets, roadways, driveways and parking lots of Royal Farms located at 600 Route 73 North in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

General Parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the following off-street parking areas as indicated on the Title 39 Plan dated March 28, 2019.

Stopping and standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions:

Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near-right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.

The speed limit for both directions of travel on the following roadways are:
