A. The speed limit for all traffic in the Greentree Shopping
Center in the Township of Evesham shall be as follows:

Evesham Holding Corporation, the owners of Bradlees
Shopping Center, located at 301 Route 70 West in Evesham Township,
has filed a written consent through Vornado Realty Trust with the
Township of Evesham that various traffic regulations be made applicable
to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the
Bradlees Shopping Center located in the Township of Evesham, County
of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:
A. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and
between the lines provided.
B. Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide
as shown on the attached site plan and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty
place), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been
issued the handicapped parking permits by the New Jersey Division
of Motor Vehicles.
C. Parking time limited. No person shall park a vehicle
for longer than the time limit between the hours listed on any day,
upon any of the streets or parts of streets as described on attached

Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section
or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more
than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

of Evesham that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised
Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads,
streets, driveways and parking lots at The Manors at Mayfair located
in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington. The Township Council
of the Township of Evesham subsequently adopted Resolution No. 51-95
on March 28, 1995, requesting the New Jersey Department of Transportation
to investigate the feasibility of establishing Subtitle 1 of Title
39 in the Manors at Mayfair. The New Jersey Department of Transportation
has recommended the applicability of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 in the
Manors at Mayfair and determined that the following regulations shall
be enforceable:

It has been requested that the provisions of Subtitle One of
Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable
to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots on Carrington
Way, located in the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State
of New Jersey, and the following regulations shall be made enforceable:
A. Parking. No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or
parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other
parking restrictions.

and handicap symbol as detailed on the approved site plan and on the

(b)

Royal Farms located at 600 Route 73 North in the Township of Evesham,
County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, and the following regulations
shall be enforceable:
A. General Parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas and between
the lines provided within the following off-street parking areas as
indicated on the Title 39 Plan dated March 28, 2019.
B. Stopping and standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon
any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in
areas covered by other parking restrictions:

F. Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or
impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading
zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present
in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the
vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
