The Mayor and Council of Rock Hall shall appoint a Plumbing Board to consist of three members, whose terms of office shall be for four years. The Board shall meet in the office of the Mayor and Council whenever it is deemed necessary. The Board members may receive such compensation as may be determined by the Mayor and Council.
The Board shall decide matters that are pertinent to the enforcement of the plumbing regulations.[1] They shall also advise the Mayor and Council with respect to administration and enforcement of the plumbing regulations.
