A. 
No trailer, tent, wagon or other movable type dwelling shall be allowed to be placed or situated on any lot, lots or ground within the corporate limits of the Town of Rock Hall.
B. 
This restriction shall not be applicable to any previously recognized trailer court or house trailer previously individually located within the town limits, but it shall be applicable to any house trailer which, already located in Rock Hall, is moved to another location within the town limits, and it shall be applicable to the replacement of existing trailers by new or other trailers.

C. 
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any trailer park or mobile home park which may be permitted under the provisions of the zoning regulations and upon approval of the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals.

A. 
No trailer of any size, shape or description, including motor homes or recreation vehicles, shall be allowed to be driven, placed or otherwise situated on any lot, lots or other ground within the incorporated limits of the Town of Rock Hall.
B. 
This restriction shall not be applicable to any previously recognized trailer court or other similar establishment, nor shall it be applicable to any trailer previously and individually located within said corporate limits; but it shall be applicable to any trailer as aforesaid which, although already located, is attempted to be moved to another location within said incorporated limits. This shall not apply to such recreation vehicles which are parked or stored on premises within the Town of Rock Hall, provided that such vehicles are uninhabited.
C. 
These restrictions shall not be applicable to motor homes or recreation vehicles within the incorporated limits of the Town of Rock Hall for which a license for temporary parking and habitation has been issued by the Town Manager in connection with a Town-sanctioned special event; provided, however, that such license shall be valid for no more than five days, and further provided that the location of the motor home or recreational vehicle is subject to the Town Manager's approval. Standalone generators are not permitted between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., notwithstanding any provisions of Chapter 155 (Noise) of the Code to the contrary.
D. 
These restrictions shall not be applicable to motor homes or recreation vehicles within the incorporated limits of the Town of Rock Hall for which a license for temporary parking and habitation has been issued by the Town Manager in connection with a house fire, flood, hurricane, or similar emergency; provided, however, that such license shall be valid for no more than six months unless otherwise approved by the Council, and further provided that the location of the motor home or recreational vehicle is subject to the Town Manager's approval. Standalone generators are not permitted between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., notwithstanding any provisions of Chapter 155 of this Code to the contrary.

Violations of this chapter shall be punishable as a Class E municipal infraction, subject to Chapter 153 (Municipal Infractions) of the Code. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and subject to a separate fine.
