The minor subdivision plat shall be at a scale not less than one inch equals 100 feet, prepared and certified to by a licensed surveyor and complying with all other requirements of the Map Filing Law, L. 1960, c. 141 (N.J.S.A. 40:23-9.9 et seq.) (if applicable), to enable the entire tract of which the subdivision is a part to be shown on one sheet, of a minimum size of three feet by two feet (where necessary, such other larger sizes permitted by N.J.S.A. 40:23-9.9 et seq.), which includes, shows or is accompanied by all information as stipulated in § 33-33 of Chapter 33, Land Use Procedures.

The preliminary plat shall be designed in accordance with the current Township regulations and design standards and in strict accord with modern and accepted planning techniques and procedures by qualified persons with the cooperation of the Planning Board. For initial consideration by the Planning Board prior to the granting of preliminary approval, the plat shall show or be accompanied by sufficient information to establish the design, arrangement and dimensions of streets, lots and other planned features as to form, size and location. The information shall form the basis for the general terms and conditions upon which preliminary approval may be granted and shall include all information stipulated in § 33-33 of Chapter 33, Land Use Procedures.

The final plat shall be drawn in ink on tracing cloth a scale of not less than one inch equals 100 feet and in compliance with all the provisions of the Map Filing Law (L. 1960, c. 141, N.J.S.A. 40:23-9.9 et seq.). The final plat shall show or be accompanied by information as required in § 33-33 of Chapter 33, Land Use Procedures.
