Exclusion of minors from adult use establishments — See Ch. 103.
It is unlawful for a person less than 18 years of age to be present at or upon any public place, building, place, street or highway a) between 10:00 p.m. daily Sunday through Thursday, inclusive, and 6:00 a.m. on the following day; b) between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Friday and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday; and c) between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Saturday and 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible companion at least 21 years of age approved by a parent or legal guardian or unless engaged in a business or occupation which the laws of the State of Illinois authorize a person less than 18 years of age to perform or engaged in activities as set forth in 720 ILCS 555/1.

It is unlawful for a parent, legal guardian, or other persons to knowingly permit a person in his/her custody or control to violate any section of this chapter.
Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100 for the first conviction, not less than $100 nor more than $200 for the second conviction, and not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each subsequent conviction. In addition, the court may order a parent, guardian or any minor violating this chapter to perform community service.
