Penalties. 

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

FENCE
An enclosure, barrier or boundary made of posts, boards, wood, wire, stakes or rails.

No fence may be electrified within the Village limits of the Village of Williamsville, Illinois, nor may any electrified fence be constructed within the Village.

A person convicted of violating this ordinance shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
