The position of Assistant Deputy Tax Collector
is hereby created.
It shall be the duty of said Assistant Deputy
Tax Collector to collect tax moneys and do all other tax collection
work, including the keeping of records, as shall be directed by the
Tax Collector of the Borough of Totowa.
Said Assistant Deputy Tax Collector shall be
appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Borough
Council, as provided by the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, extending
through the calendar year and until his successor has been appointed
and qualified.
