Before a residence or parcel of real estate
is eligible of being reconnected to the Village's water and/or sewer
services which were disconnected in accordance with Village procedures,
the landowner, tenant, or other entity requesting said reconnection(s)
must pay all fines, assessments, fees, and penalties that are currently
outstanding and owed to the Village by such landowner, the tenant
or other entity or are in any way associated with said residence or
parcel of real estate.
