Control of communicable disease will be effected by strict compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to the provisions of MGL c. 111, §§ 92 through 121A, as amended.

A person afflicted with or exposed to a disease dangerous to the public health shall be subject to such restraint as the Board of Health may deem necessary for the protection of the public.
