Ch. 160 of the 1998 Code]
No person shall resist, obstruct or interfere
with any peace officer while in the lawful performance of duty nor
shall any person disobey the lawful and reasonable order or instruction
of any such officer. "Peace officer," as included in this section,
shall be as defined in N.J.S.A. 2A:154-1 et seq.
