A.
All fire flow tests must be made on a date agreed
upon by the Water Division and the applicant. Where more than one
applicant is interested in a property and/or test, arrangements must
be made between the parties involved so that one test will suffice
for all interested parties.
B.
Charges for each fire flow test shall be assessed
to the property owner and/or customer requesting the test and shall
include all costs incurred by the Water Division for such test.
