There is hereby established in and for the Borough of Pennington, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, the office of Municipal Prosecutor.
It shall be the duty of the Municipal Prosecutor to work with the borough police and other borough officials to the end that violations of the state laws and borough ordinances are prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.[1]
