Any violation of Articles I and IV of this chapter shall be considered disorderly conduct and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50, and in default of payment of such fine the person or persons convicted shall be imprisoned in the St. Lawrence County Jail, and every conviction hereunder shall constitute disorderly conduct.
