Any person, firm or corporation committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided by the general penalty provisions of the Town of Wheatland.[1]

Upon the violation of any provision of this chapter or any other local law of the Town of Wheatland pertaining to the operations specified herein, the Town Board may, in its discretion, revoke any permit issued hereunder following a public hearing at which the licensee shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
Any person who feels or believes that the provisions of this chapter are not duly enforced or who has knowledge of existing violations shall file a complaint in writing with the Building Inspector of the Town of Wheatland, who shall thereupon make an investigation and report his findings to the Town Board.
