The applicant shall furnish to the Board of
Supervisors documentation stating that the system complies with the
regulations governing geothermal systems as enforced by the State
of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the Delaware
River Basin Commission.
There shall be located after the last cooling
coil and prior to entering the discharge well one readily accessible
sampling valve and a totalizing meter.
The discharge well shall not be located closer
than 100 feet to any supply well on the same or adjacent property.
