Regulatory and warning signs for the areas designated
in the following sections shall be erected and maintained as required
by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
for the entire length of Devon Road from Fells Road to Old Eagle Rock
Avenue in the Borough is designated and established to be 25 miles
per hour.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
for the entire length of Fells Road from Roseland Avenue to the Essex
Fells/Verona corporate line in the Borough is designated and established
to be 25 miles per hour.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Forest Way in the Borough is designated and established to be
as follows:
25 miles per hour throughout the entire length
of Forest Way in the Borough from Eagle Rock Avenue to Roseland Avenue.

along Rensselaer Road in the Borough is designated and established
to be as follows:
25 miles per hour throughout the entire length
of Rensselaer Road in the Borough from Hawthorne Road to Roseland
Avenue.

along Runnymede Road in the Borough is designated and established
to be as follows:
30 miles per hour throughout the entire length
of Runnymede Road in the Borough from Roseland Avenue to the boundary
