There shall be provided in conformity to the
provisions of law, signs of such design, legend and location as are
approved by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles of the
State of New Jersey indicating to the traveling public the respective
provisions of the regulations provided in this subchapter.
All vehicles shall be prohibited from making
left turns from Forest Way onto Eagle Rock Avenue at all times.

of the provisions of this subchapter shall, upon conviction thereof,
be subject to such fine or penalty as may be levied by the Borough
Judge of the Municipal Court, not in excess of $50.
