Borough of Essex Fells, NJ Recreation Fees

The council shall from time to time by ordinance fix the rates and fees to be charged to participants for programs developed and/or sponsored by the board of recreation. Late fees shall be assessed per household per activity.

	Nonprofit: more than 50% Essex Fells participation	$150 per field	Any bill that is delinquent after 30 days will be assessed a late fee of $25; every month following the initial 30 days, the renter will be charged an additional $25 every month the bill remains unpaid
	Nonprofit: less than 50% Essex Fells participation	$175 per field	Any bill that is delinquent after 30 days will be assessed a late fee of $25; every month following the initial 30 days, the renter will be charged an additional $25 every month the bill remains unpaid
