The following restrictions are hereby placed
on vehicles traveling on the highways in the Village:
A. One-way streets. The following described streets or
parts hereof are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction
indicated:

B. Trucks excluded. Trucks or commercial vehicles, tractors
and tractor and trailer combinations in excess of eight tons are hereby
excluded from all Village streets which are not state highways in
the Village, except that this regulation shall not be construed to
prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along
the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise
excluded.
C. Impediments to flow of traffic; parades.
(1) No person, firm or corporation shall impede or cause
an impediment to the normal flow of traffic within the Village by
blocking traffic as a result of a protest, parade, demonstration or
other activity without first obtaining written permission for the
conduct of the same from the Mayor. Application for a permit to conduct
such activity shall be on such form or forms and within such time
notice as the Mayor shall prescribe.
(2) Any permitted blockage or interruption of traffic
as provided for within this section shall be under the direction of
the Chief of Police or his or her designee as to area, times, routes
or other conduct and any person, firm or corporation holding such
permit shall obey and cause to be obeyed all such directions of the
Chief.
