Pursuant to the provisions of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, it shall be lawful for any authorized organization, upon obtaining a license therefor, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, subject to the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law.
Restrictions on the conduct of bingo for the Town of Copake shall be as set forth in § 479 of the General Municipal Law.
As authorized by General Municipal Law § 485, bingo games may be held on any day of the week provided for in the license issued pursuant to this chapter.
