Editor's Note: This local law also repealed
former Ch. 232, Zoning, adopted October 1972, as amended in its entirety
6-13-1996 by L.L. No. 1-1996, with the provision that such repeal
did not affect any enforcement proceedings for violations existing
as of the effective date of L.L. No. 4-2000.
