In considering applications for subdivision of land, the Planning Board shall be guided by the standards set forth hereinafter. The standards shall be considered to be minimum requirements and shall be waived by the Planning Board only under circumstances set forth in Article
VI herein. Major subdivisions in the R Zone outside of the SCOZ must also refer to §§ 232-26.2, which shall take precedence.
