Coasting on sleds is prohibited on all public
streets, sidewalks and public grounds except at such places and for
such times as may be prescribed by the Mayor.
Ball playing and other acts, amusements or practices
on the public streets or grounds endangering property or persons are
hereby prohibited.
No person shall ride any bicycle on any sidewalk
within the Village limits.
No person shall bathe in the Hudson River nor
in any stream or pond within the Village limits unless wearing a bathing
suit or other suitable garment to protect his person from indecent
exposure.
