Code]
No person shall be insubordinate or disorderly
at fires or obstruct the operations of the Fire Department, or willfully
neglect or refuse to obey, or attempt to prevent or obstruct the execution
of, the orders of the Mayor or Trustees or officers of the Fire Department.
No person shall willfully give or cause to be
given or made any false alarm of fire, or injure or interfere with
fire apparatus or the fire alarm system.
No person other than a member of the Fire Department
in the discharge of his duty or other duly authorized person shall
open or in any manner interfere with any fire hydrant.
