of the 1966 Dobbs Ferry Village Code]
No person shall keep or maintain a brothel or
disorderly or gaming house or house of assignation, prostitution or
ill fame, nor maintain or operate any lottery, game of chance or any
instrument or device for gambling, or permit in any house, place or
room occupied by him any gaming, game of chance or game for money.
No person shall sell or offer for sale any prize
package of merchandise of any form, the value of which is uncertain
and dependent upon any alleged prize of money or other property said
to be contained therein or to be given therewith.
