A. 
No garbage, rubbish, leaves, grass clippings, waste, gasoline, volatile substances, acids of any kind or materials likely to form any obstructing deposits shall be put upon or into or allowed to enter, directly or indirectly, any drain, ditch, gutter or sewer in the Village. No exhaust steam shall be allowed to enter into any sewer or drain.
B. 
No sewer pipe or stormwater drain shall be opened nor any connection be made therewith unless a permit therefor has been issued by the Building Inspector. A fee as set from time to time by the Board of Trustees shall be paid for each such permit.[1]

C. 
No stormwater shall drain into any sanitary sewer.
