The Village of Dobbs Ferry does hereby act
by local law, not subject to referendum, to provide that the collection
of property taxes shall be enforced pursuant to Title 3 of Article
11 of the Real Property Tax Law, providing for the foreclosure of
tax liens by "in rem" tax foreclosure proceedings, as is in effect
on January 25, 2011.

Upon adoption, and no later than 20 days following
such adoption, a copy of this article shall be filed with the New
York State Office of Real Property Tax Services.
