There shall be no parking on one side of each
of the following streets on one of the days designated, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, and no parking on the opposite
side of such streets on the other day designated, between the hours
of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon; except, Chestnut Street and Elm Street
shall have no parking between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.;
and Oak Street shall have no parking between the hours of 9:30 a.m.
and 10:30 a.m., in accordance with signs to be erected at the direction
of the Superintendent of Public Works.
