by applicable Codes of New York State.
[Amended 4-23-2003 by L.L. No. 2-2003]
B. If the structure is not visible from a public or private
road, the numbers shall be permanently affixed to a post or a panel immediately
adjacent to the entrance driveway of said structure.

upon completion of siding, or prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
D. Existing structures shall have one year to come into
compliance, after the adoption of this chapter.

Inspector, Fire Code Enforcement Officer, and police, who shall have the authority
to issue appearance tickets to Town of Eden Justice Court for any violation
hereof.
