In accordance with the authority granted in
Real Property Tax Law § 458-a, Subdivision 2(d)(ii), the
Town of Eden hereby increases the maximum veterans exemption allowable
to the following amounts:

Editor's Note: This local law also provided that the increases
set forth in this section shall be applied to taxable status dates
