§ 22-4 Enforcement duties of department.

A. Abandoned excavation and construction, and smoke abatement. The Department of Public Works shall be responsible for the removal and demolition of buildings and structures and their appurtenances located in the City and for enforcement of Chapter 151 of this Code, entitled "Abandoned Excavation and Construction" and Chapter 294 of this Code, entitled "Smoke Abatement."

B. Abatement of nuisances by the City of Geneva. The Department of Public Works shall be responsible for the enforcement of Chapter 100 of this Code, entitled "Brush, Grass and Weeds."
