[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Geneva 2-26-1964. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The City Council of the City of Geneva shall and hereby does create a Commission on Human Rights, and it is hereby further determined:
A. 
That the Commission shall be known as the "Geneva Commission on Human Rights."
B. 
That said Commission shall be composed of 12 members, to be appointed by the City Council.
C. 
That the terms of office of all members shall expire on December 31, 1964, and thereafter members shall be appointed for a term of one year.
D. 
That the members of the Commission shall appoint their own Chairman.
E. 
That all members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
