It shall be unlawful for any person to resist, obstruct or interfere with the Superintendent of Public Works or any agent or employee of the city in the cutting and removal of weeds, grass or rank, poisonous or harmful vegetation as set forth in §
100-3 herein.

Any violation of either this article or chapter, as the case may be, shall be punishable as provided in §
1-17 of Chapter
1, entitled "General Provisions," of this Code.
