The Department of Public Works shall install
and maintain traffic control devices when and as required under the
provisions of this chapter to make effective the provisions of said
chapter and may install and maintain such additional traffic control
devices as it may deem necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic
under the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York subject
to the provisions of §§ 1682 and 1684 of that law.
Traffic control signals shall be installed,
maintained and operated as follows:

B. Three section signal heads with green arrows permitting
right turns on red designated as follows:
(1) Castle Street at West North Street with green arrow
permitting right turn on red into Castle Street from West North Street
for traffic proceeding from the west.
(2) Exchange Street at Lake Street with green arrows permitting
right turns into Lake Street from Exchange Street for traffic proceeding
from the south and into Exchange Street from Lake Street for traffic
proceeding from the east.
(3) Seneca Street at Main Street with green arrow permitting
right turn into Seneca Street from Main Street for traffic proceeding
from the south.
