Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways within the corporate limits of the City except on the following highways:

Hamilton Street.
(2) 
Arterial Highway.
(3) 
Lochland Road.
B. 
Thirty-five miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of the City on or along the following highways:
(1) 
Arterial Highway (Route 5 and 20) - Hamilton Street from a point 0.1 mile east of the South Main Street overpass westerly to the City line.

(2)

C. 
Forty-five miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of the City on or along the following highways:

Arterial Highway (Routes 5 and 20) from the east side of the South Main Street overpass easterly to the City line.
D. 
Ten miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of the City on or along the following highways:

That portion of South Exchange Street from the south curbline of East Washington Street south to and including the City of Geneva Recreation Complex Parking Lot located at the southern end of South Exchange Street.

Fifteen miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along the following speed zones between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on school days:

B. 
For the purpose of this section, "school speed zone" shall mean that portion of the highway or street passing the school building and extending 300 feet along such highway or street in either direction from the building line of the school abutting on the highway or street.[1]
