The Board of Selectmen is hereby designated
as the agency responsible for creating, adopting, promulgating, amending
as may from time to time be deemed desirable, and implementing an
affordable housing program under General Statutes § 8-2g(b)
within the Town of Hebron.
An ordinance adopted August 1, 1991, designating
the Hebron Housing Authority as the responsible agency is hereby repealed.
