The Town Manager is authorized to appoint a
single Assessor in accordance with §§ 701 and 702 of
the Town Charter.
The provisions of General Statutes § 12-41
are adopted, eliminating the annual listing of motor vehicles and
real estate, and the Assessor is authorized to compile the abstract
of real estate from the data contained on property record cards.
