Editor's Note: Local Law No. 15-1983 repealed L.L. No. 1-1979,
enacted 4-16-1979.
To be eligible for appointment to the office of the Village Clerk of
the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury, a person must meet all eligibility
requirements set forth in § 3 of the Public Officers Law and § 3-300
of the Village Law, with the exception that any such person need not reside
within the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury and may reside within a 25
mile radius of the Village Hall for the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury.
