A.
Every person convicted of an infraction for a violation of any provision
of this chapter which is not a violation of any provision of the Vehicle
and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall be punished by a fine
of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.

B.
Fines and penalties pursuant to the New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law and Village of Tarrytown Vehicle and Traffic Law in relation to
parking violations are hereby set forth as follows:

C.
In addition, any person who is issued a summons for a traffic infraction
relating to the creation of any form of copy and/or counterfeit parking
permit shall have their permit issued by the Village immediately revoked
by the Village Treasurer. The revocation may be appealed to the Village
Administrator. There shall be no appeal of a decision by the Village
Administrator.
D.
Parking
permits withheld for unpaid Village of Tarrytown parking tickets.
In addition to any other penalties or fines that may apply for the
violation of the provisions of any municipal ordinance, state law,
rule or regulation, the provisions of this section shall apply so
that vehicles which have three or more outstanding and unpaid parking
violations issued against them with at least one that is unpaid after
the court date shall not have any Village parking permits issued until
such outstanding and unpaid parking violations are paid in full at
the time a permit is issued.
