Dickinson Township, acting pursuant to the Intergovernmental
Cooperation Act, Act of July 12, 1972, No. 180 (53 Pa.C.S.A. § 2301
et seq.), hereby enacts this article adopting the master intergovernmental
cooperation agreement with the County of Cumberland for the county
grant and implementation of the 800 MHz Radio System, police, fire
and other emergency radio network.
Dickinson Township is hereby authorized to enter
into the attached master intergovernmental cooperation agreement which
is marked Exhibit A.[1]

The conditions, duration and term, purpose and
objective, scope and authority delegated, manner and extent of financing,
organizational structure and manner in which real and personal property
shall be acquired, managed and disposed of, are set forth in the attached
agreement.
