A.
Unless another penalty is specifically provided for in Subsection B below, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution, and in the event of nonpayment of such fine and costs of prosecution, such person shall be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 days.
B.
Any person who shall violate any provision of a section listed below
shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
that specified for violation of said section, and in the event of
nonpayment of such fine and costs of prosecution, such person shall
be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding that indicated
below for said section:

C.
A notice of violation of any provision of Article III (§§ 91-17 through 91-22) of this chapter shall be placed on the vehicle parked in violation, and shall contain instructions to the owner or operator of such vehicle that if he shall report to the Police Department of the Borough of East Greenville and pay the penalty imposed for such violation within 10 business days after the time of such notice, the same shall save the violator from prosecution.
