or third-party agencies to act on behalf of the Township;
C. By an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with one
or more other municipalities for the joint administration and/or enforcement
of part or all of the UCnC;
D. By entering into a contract with another municipality
for the administration and/or enforcement of part or all of the UCnC; and/or

out the functions prescribed in the Act and in the UCnC.

be prescribed by a resolution of the Board of Supervisors, as may be adopted
from time to time.
All amendments, supplements, revisions or other changes to the UCnC
shall be applicable in Franklin Township upon the effective date of such change.
Any provision of any other law or code notwithstanding, no building
permit and no certificate of occupancy shall be issued unless there has been
compliance with the land use laws and ordinances of the Township (including
but not limited to subdivision, land development and zoning) and with the
sewage disposal laws and ordinances of the Township.
Nothing in this chapter shall affect the requirement to obtain permits
pursuant to any other law or ordinance regulating the development of land
and the use of land.
