A.
No structure or land development shall hereafter be located, erected,
constructed, reconstructed, repaired, extended, converted, enlarged
or altered without full compliance with these regulations and all
other applicable regulations which apply to uses within the jurisdiction
of these regulations.
B.
Failure to obtain a permit shall be a violation of these regulations and shall be punishable in accordance with § 125-34.
C.
Permits issued on the basis of plans and applications approved by
the Floodplain Administrator authorize only the specific activities
set forth in such approved plans and applications or amendments thereto.
Use, arrangement, or construction of such specific activities that
is contrary to that authorized shall be deemed a violation of these
regulations.
Any person who fails to comply with any or all of the requirements
or provisions of this chapter or direction of the Project Coordinator
or any other authorized employee of the community shall be guilty
of an offense.
A.
Any person or persons who shall violate the provisions of this chapter
shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 per violation.
B.
For the purpose of this chapter, each day that a violation continues
shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
C.
The application of any penalty set forth herein shall not be held
to prevent the enforced removal of any prohibited condition.
