The Township of Radnor hereby intends to comply
with the Retention and Disposition Schedule for Records of Pennsylvania
Municipalities issued by the Local Government Records Committee on
May 17, 1982, and subsequently amended.
The Township Manager or his designee shall inform
the Board each year which Township records will be disposed of, according
to the statutory schedule.
