[Adopted 8-5-1963]
No standing will be permitted in the following areas in the Village of Liberty:
A. 
Along the east side of South Main Street from the southerly curbline of Darbee Lane to a point 100 feet 100 feet southerly therefrom.
B. 
From the east side of North Main Street from the northerly curbline of Darbee Lane to a point 75 feet therefrom.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the foregoing provisions shall be subject to the penalties for traffic infractions in accordance with the provisions of § 1800(b) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
The provisions of this article shall become effective as an ordinance after adoption and publication in accordance with the law and after reconstruction of Signal No. 5 at the intersection of Chestnut Street, Darbee Lane, North Main Street and South Main Street in the Village of Liberty, New York, in accordance with federal standards of a dual lane indications.[1]
