It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner upon public or private property within the Town, or in any area under the jurisdiction of said Town, any human or animal excrement, garbage or other objectionable waste. Exceptions may be granted by the Board to an owner or lessee acting in the normal course of farm or garden operations but only after specific application by such owner or lessee and upon such conditions as the Town Board may impose.
It shall be unlawful to discharge to any watercourse, either directly or through any storm sewer, within the Town any sewage, industrial wastes or other polluted waters. Use of separate storm sewers and sanitary sewers is mandatory for all future construction in the Town. No combined sewers will be allowed to be constructed in the future.
Except as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
