Within 62 days after the official submission of the final
plat, the Board shall notify the subdivider, in writing, of its approval or
disapproval. If after 62 days no action has been taken, such plat or such
proposed development shall be deemed to have been approved. If approval is
refused, the grounds of refusal shall be stated in the records. The approved
endorsement (of the Board) shall state that the plat is not in conflict with
the county official map, if one exists, or that such plat has been approved
as specified by § 7-728 of the Village Law.
