In the event of any conflicts or inconsistencies between this chapter
and any other local law, including the Zoning Law,[1] this chapter shall control telecommunications towers and similar
facilities in the Village of Owego unless otherwise specifically referenced
in this chapter. Nothing herein shall be interpreted so as to limit or prohibit
the review of any proposed telecommunications facility by the Village of Owego
Planning Board, Architectural Board of Review or Owego Historical Preservation
Board if they would otherwise have authority under the Village Code to conduct
a review.
