A. 
Any owner, lessee, contractor, agent or other person who uses or maintains or causes to be used or maintained any building or premises or any part thereof in the Village for any purpose other than the uses permitted therefor in this chapter; or who erects, enlarges, alters or maintains or causes to be erected, enlarged, altered or maintained any building or any part thereof in the Village except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter; or who uses or maintains or causes to be used or maintained any building or any part thereof in the Village which has been erected, enlarged or altered other than in conformity with the provisions of this chapter; or who otherwise violates or causes to be violated any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not over $250 or to imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or to both such fine and imprisonment, for each such violation. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate, additional violation.

B. 
Any violation of this chapter may also be enjoined pursuant to law.
C. 
The remedies provided for herein shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
D. 
Failure to comply with a plan approved by the Architectural Board of Review shall be a violation of this chapter and be subject to the penalties described herein.
